I'm having problems with mine as well.....failure to eject and the dadgum pin keeps coming out after a couple of rounds...the one that keeps the slide on the frame.  Are you having similar problems?

i had a beat up p11 that broke a small part. i was the second owner and their warranty only covers the original owner. they told me to send it in to see waht they could do. they sent me a brand new pistol with the original serial number stamped on it. total cost? free.

I sent my GF's .380 back to them after I had a few FTF's and they polished the feed ramp and had it back to me in one week and it shoots great. They are number one in service.

Had a P-11 that shot low and to the left. Called Kel-Tec and they said to send it in.
I got it back with a new barrel, an apology and a couple of sets of sights.
Kel-Tec is a stand up business!
