$3750 for a Pepsi with a razor in it?  I wouldn't pay $3750  to see Rosie ODonell eat a running chainsaw!

Aw shucks, bidding has ended.

Anyone could have made it that way.  Too easy to get a bottle capper and make one.  Seller may not have made it.

Could be a feeble attempt to shakedown the PepsiCo?

I think the Phosphoric acid would eat the razor in a few weeks.

Less than a hundred bucks.

The blade was put in the bottle and returned to the bottling co.
They just missed it, when they washed the bottles.

When I worked for Coca-Cola, we had a couple come in with a lizard in a 32 oz. returnable bottle, that they claimed came from a local supermarket.

The seal was broken, and they wanted $2000.00.
My boss at the time told them to go to hell. He ended up giving them $100 and told them to hit the road before he called the cops.

I'm suprised this bottle was not used in a similar manner. Especially since it is sealed.

+1.  I smell a scam too.  Oh, OK some guy was shaving with a an old fashioned safety razor on the assembly line and it happened to "fall out".

Surprised eBay let that one go.

I mean, they're so anti anything that resembles a weapon.

I would too, but I would call it "art" and have some asshat lib group pay me $10,000 for the "showing". Then I would sue them for a few mil for "anquish" and have the ACLU buy the judge represent the case in the 9th circuit in SanFran.

too easy to fake something like that, get an old pepsi bottle, a blade, stick blade in bottle, pour in some pepsi, get an old pepsi bottle cap, and cap it.

Were these Pepsi bottles twist tops or did you actually need a bottle opener to open them?

Twist tops, you can put right back on.

Believe it or not...I have one JUST like that but with a wad of plastic floating around in it instead of a razor. It has been in my possession since it was bought at the store about 20 years ago. And before anyone asks....that was long before people started the suing rage that would cause anyone to jump on that opportunity today. I would like to know how much Pepsi might give me for it though. Just been in a box in the closet for as long as I remember...

I found some unused pepsi bottle caps on ebay that would cap with the capper pic above.   If you can't find one that's 20 years old you can find a 20 yo bottle of pepsi, smash the bottle, then dig the glass out of the cap, and reuse the cap that way, if you open it with a bottle opener the cap will be bent.

Now the question is, is that a 20 year old razor blade?
