Looking for a 70's era movie about black Army vets who return home from 'Nam to find the old neighborhood taken over by dealers and pimps.  A family member or fellow vet get kets killed and they go to town on the scum.    I remember one scene where the good guys drop a water ballon and grenade through the ragtop pimpmobile, wich causes much gnashing of teeth until the grenade pops.

Damn, thought you had it.  That's not it!  Set in Philly maybe?  Another scene was the hero gets into an elevator surrounded by the bad dudes who are all smiling over what they plan to do.  Ding, only the hero walks off the elevator.  Somebody has to know!
