I'm working on a papar that I plan to submit to the Houston paper as an OP-ED piece. It's not finished yet but it's pretty close.
Enjoy (or get pissed off like I do...).

The Charade of “Diversity”
“Diversity.” “Tolerance.” Today both are a charade, a total fraud. These words previously meant something of great importance, of significance to the American culture based on freedom and choice.
Not anymore.
“Diversity” and “tolerance” were once a part of the American culture’s great foundation. Today, these once great concepts have been twisted and warped by the liberal mentality into political and cultural crow-bars, ideological sledge hammers that drive a specific agenda: the socialist disease that threatens the very concept of individualism and personal accomplishment.
“Diversity” is one of the most important concepts in American society. The Melting Pot concept that gave birth to our great American culture: opportunity, achievement, and personal pride, was built on the success of many different individuals’ nationalities and beliefs.
While the importance of “diversity,” in its uncontaminated form, is rarely debated – it must flourish from one very important foundation: diversity, whether with regards to music, food, culture, language, morality or political ideology, must be completely of free choice, - not driven or required by legal or social pressures.
Today that is not the case.
Today, the waters of our society have been poisoned with liberal political correctness to the extent that one must choose to accept and embrace everything, else be accused of being racist and intolerant. Today, we cannot take a moral, political or ideological stance without being hounded by the liberal establishment as being “extreme,” or “racist.”
So much for tolerance, hm?
The hypocrisy could not be thicker.
More so now than at any time in the history of our Republic (no – it’s not a democracy), we are in dire need of a sense of moral and ideological clarity. Today, however, our own children are being indoctrinated by the public school systems and socialist liberal media to avoid, and even reject any position of individuality, of prideful heritage, and of personal moral choice. Instead, they are taught that they must tolerate, accept, and embrace every type of lifestyle, religion and ideology.
How dare we allow them to be placed in that prison. How dare we deny them the opportunity to become themselves. How dare we fail as parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, neighbors and countrymen.
We have failed by allowing our children to be taught WHAT to think, rather than teaching them HOW to think.
And of course, in turn, these children become our nation’s teachers, parents – leaders – where they continue the cycle of individual helplessness, which is leaving our nation and families sorely lacking for strong leaders when times of crisis arise.

That is all.
