I don't know about you folks, but I tend to keep a running resume.  When I start a new job, I add a line, start date, job summary, etc.

I also have that little qualifications section where I put things like "Self-Starter, Self-Motivated" and tidbits like that.

And after doubling my posts this week starting at 38, I can finally put "Goal Oriented" and "Able to meet deadlines" back on my resume!
