I recently ordered a book from Germany and they sent it and included the bill with the shipping invoice.

Now I'm not sure how to pay it.

They have included the following bank information:

Deutsche Bank

Kontonummer (account number) XXXXXXX

BLZ xxxxxxxx

IBAN: DExxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx // BIC-Code DEUTDEDBxxx

I'm assuming from this that I could simply wire the money but I'm worried the wire service would be more than the amount I'm paying (15.50 Euro).

There is also what might be an address:

"Name of company"

Stubenbaum & Pion GbR

Stadel 13

xxxxx Markdorf

I have no idea if this is a full mailing address or not.

Any advice?

You can call your bank and see if they do international wire transfers. I do them to Germany from my bank to my wifes bank twice a year. My bank charges $15 for the service. With the bank info you have it shouldn't be a problem, just make sure you keep all your records showing you paid!
