They actually called me today a few hours after I called in to complain, again, that I haven't received a follow-up call! I told them that the Flight 93 Memorial was being made for "the rest of us" who will visit it. It's not built for the architect, so their views are irrelevant. So it should not have anything that looks muslim such as a red crescent.
The National Park Service is currently tallying up complaints by citizens and looking at a redesign! Keep the complaints coming. The guy who called me said that the design was approved by The Board, blah blah blah. So I told him to list the names of the 9/11 and Flight 93 family members who agreed with it because I did not believe that they would go along with the current design. The Nat'l Park Service website just has an anonymous letter that does not name families specifically.
