pff, yeah and he dismisses the AR as unreliable and "the worst choice" of rifle in an outbreak
take it with a grain of salt. there IS some useful information in it, however

How serious can you take a zombie book with a .30 carbine on the cover? Everyone knows you at least a 5.56mm to stop a zombie

I picked it up Sunday night at the local Borders, finished it Monday night. Some of the "advice" contradicts itself in different sections, but it is entertaining none the less. He says "assault rifles" like the M-16 variants aren't a good choice mainly because of the tendency to resort to a high rate of fire with them, but then reccomends the semi-auto carbine as one of the best choices.
