Never WANTED to try one but I have always heard that ants have the same ingredient that is in peppers?
Or something to that effect. Well I take a swig of my iced tea and low and behold there was an ant in it. didnt know.. bit down and ZING! they ARE spicy!!!

yep I rember seeing a history channel thing about the downed pilot in yugoslavia in the 90s he was talking about eating ants and that they were quite bitter/lemon tasting |
