I had a burst line to my ice maker. It is run in CPVC pipe. I have flushed and flushed and made probably 2 dozen batches of ice.
Still all I can taste and smell is glue.

why not use a funnel and hose and run it outside for a hour? |

Your water line to the friDge was CPVC? What size line?
Most water lines are poly tubes or 1/4" copper. |

Damn, what do you have a drinking fountain, hot tub and shower hooked to the thing? Is it just your typical ice maker and water spout to fill a galss up? 1/2" seems a bit much. |
