I shot my new Glock 21 this weekend.

I'm going to trade all of my 9's for 45's.

Well all but my G19.

Even loading the mags on a high cap 45 is more enjoyable.
Those fat ass rounds are easy on the fingers

Now if I could just change my nic

I'm going with the XD and getting all the different barrels. I don't believe that includes the .45 GAP though.

[VoiceOfExperience]   BIG MISTAKE!  [/VoiceOfExperience]

Keep what you have (of quality) and add to it... I can't tell you how many trades I have made over the years that I still regret.

Good. It's about time more people started realizing that 9mm has about the same stopping power as getting punched.

I was stuck on .40sw and 9mm as well untill I purchased my Hk Tactical. Fell in love with the .45 and it began. I now have the HK Tac, a Para Ordnance Warthog, and im looking to trade off my XD-9sc bi-tone w/accesories for a full size Springfield 1911 in the near future.  I am officialy hooked on the .45 .... Its a little more money to shoot but IMO an all around better caliber for anything.

Good choice, Glock 21 is extremely easy to conceal and very light.

(Get a Glock 30)

That's interesting. The last time I was out shooting my G19 at some steel I could SWEAR I heard singing..."Raindrops keep fallin' on my head"... and everytime a round landed down range rainbows and flowers kept popping up.

Your halfway to the light, all you still need to do is realize that tupperware is for the kitchen. Go pick up a Wilson or a Baer.  You may yet make the final leap to divinity.

(FWIW, I love my 1911s too... but I don't trust them like I do my G21s. )

OK, now tell me where I can get a 1,000 rounds of .45acp for $104, because I'm paying $74 for 1,000 rounds of CCI Blazer.

In Feb. 04' I got hit with a 147gr hydra- shock just high and right of center at an estimated distance of 8 ft., hurt like hell but it didn't knock me offa my feet, of course the dude that chunked it at me only weighed about 180lbs and got his ass thoroghly stomped before he could find something else to throw or club me with, so there, that proves that a nine won't knock you down, just leave you with a little bruise.
