For tonight's pic I bring you cow tongue, served with steak as well, accompanied by cajun rice pilaf and beer, sweet sweet beer. In the pic are my XM15E2S, as well my Rock River, being held by my beautiful, and ample, wife. This was my first cow tongue, I rather liked it. Good night all!

I had cow tongue when I was around 13 years old. I thought it was really good. Then I found out what it was

. Haven't come across it in a resaurant since.

Mmmmm.....Cow Tongue! Makes better sandwiches than roast beef!

I like it baked in a covered dish with a little water and some salsa, maybe an onion. Then skinned and sliced real thin. Mmmmm!!!!!
