I just thought I'd let you guys know that things are not too bad here in Carencro, LA. Still have no power, cable came back on about 3 minutes ago. I've got a few pictures I'll share when services are back to normal. As far as my home and family, trees are down, roof is fucked up. Other than that, we're all in good shape. Mom's still hysterical and treating this as though it's the end of the world, and refuses to believe that it could have been much worse.
