Okay. I've been in Virginia for five weeks.

Almost EVERY night I've killed a spider, bout the width of a standard water glass. Hairy bastards. Fast and they jump a bit too. Honest to god EVERY night. DrFrige would die. Seriously, the last one I got I quickly debated a book or my Walther. They're big. Not tarantula big, but big.

Does anybody else who lives in the central Atlantic know a)what these are and b)how I defeat them forever.

It's why I'm up at 0411. Waking up to find one on your neck does that.
