Guys, tell me everything I need to know to turn my 95 gallon plastic drum into a rust-removin electrolysis machine.



I know water, some type of electrolyte (what do you guys like best), and current(Im not too sure on that either.)

Stainless steel for the positive, or rust freindly material?

I need it to take off paint as well as rust.
