supposedly wrote a killer article in the NY Sun , why the Gubmint should not pay to rebuild
NO, that it was actually unconstitutional.

supposedly he says the Feds have never used tax payer $$$ to rebuilt after a disaster.

its strictly been bids and free enterprise on the state and local level

he didnt agree with FEMA buying prefab houses for the private citizens
