If I buy a Romanian SAR-1 from the gunstore, can I purchase an underfolder stock and legally attach it to the rifle?

Yes You can.


Just be sure that it has the correct number of US made parts to be 922 compliant.


ETA:  You will have to do some modifications to the receiver for an underfolder....  A side folder would be a LOT easier to add.
