...yep, better send 'em straight to nice, quiet and padded rooms, free of germs, fear, guns, knives, or any thought for that matter, a place where they can be free to not hurt themselves or anyone else. perhaps we could erect special camps for these RISK children, and the parents who AREN'T ALOUD to love them. we can put 'em away early, and those that might stray along the way, and ::gasp:: want to protect themselves their freedom and their country, can be easily found through registration records and sent after them...
