Came home early from work today and looked out the back window...

My neighbors UNANCHORED two tier gazebo decided to get airborne over my fence. It looked like this before (sort of)

It flew over the fence and my storage shed landing between an Oak and a Pear tree. (Boy my wife would have been pissed, the pear tree has been in the ground 2 days)

Point of contact on the fence as she went over.

Some damage to the roof of the shed but not to bad, I pushed it back into place.

The dogs are like, WTF dad??

Katy for Gods sake. There must have been a down draft this afternoon, because the wind is not even blowing now.

Ya, I want to know that too. That house was built by Royce Homes, it is the "Adarondak" (sp?) style, right?

They are really great dogs, so why not have two. I figure someone comes in, the male is 100 lbs and will hit them low, the female will be around 70lbs when fully grown and will hit them high.

The brindle is a male 6 years old, the female is the fawn and is 1 year.

Isn't that tree blocking the door to your shed?

Oh, and make sure you draw down properly on the neighbor.  It's just good etiquette.

Nope, wrong on both.

It was a custom built home.

Don't wait up nights for your relief check from Uncle Sam.  You don't qualify, even if that was for real.

In fact, if you don't clean that up then Katy can seize your blighted property and give it over to a developer of low-income housing for displaced hurricane survivors.

It's actually a good 6 feet or more from the door.

And, they know I have EBR's. They apologized profusely many many times already.

Actually, they are really great neighbors.

So, your dogs call you daddy too?  In the pic below, all have been known to refer to me as "daddy" at one time or another.
..

ETA the little 5 pound pit pull in her lap is now (bout 2 months later) 35 pounds of shoe chewing fury.

Except for my wife you mean right?  You'd have that look on your face too if you had a dog fight going on in your lap.
