The site being down sounds like a caching issue, it's not on our end. (There's no servers pushing anything but this site!)
As for the reply/topic page loading KA3B, I will look at ways to speed it up, but some of the javascript filters and blocker programs you are using are most likely causing it to delay loading more than normal and thus why you see those lines for an extended amount of time.
As someone posted in that thread, the more we put into these pages, the more they have to strain to load. Since it's all client side and nothing server side, your downloading of the page and your local machines time to render are what causes that delay. It's not uncommon to see that sort of behavior for everyone, but it should be for a split second or maybe 1-2 seconds tops, it shouldn't take longer than that. Keep in mind that each one of those website "security" programs you are running will filter the page text before it allows it to load in your browser.
As I said, I will look into it more and do what I can to resolve the issues by simplifying the code where I can. No ETA on this.
