Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Extendable Baton

I picked up a couple of these over the weekend at a gunshow; but was wondering if they are legal in Minnesota.  Anybody know.  If it makes a difference one is about 6" and extends to about 15".  The shaft is actually a heavy spring with a hard metal piece on the end.  The other is also 6" and extends to 15"; but has a metal shaft.

If you don't know about Minnesota law are they legal in your state?
