Um. I am a Roberts "supporter" (if such a thing is possible
given the small amount know about him), but to say that he rejects the "collective" right argument because he stated that Miller left the issue open is a bit of a stretch. |

If he was not pro-individual rights he would have said Miller was settled law and collective rights. Amen. End of Story. Join the National Guard to get your gun. |
