Disclaimer: I in no way shape or form support racism. This is not meant as a "mexican" bash thread. It is only my misguided opinion on a certian subject. ANd you all know my opinions aren't suppoeted by anyone and are completely fucked up. Mods: If this thread is or gets over the lines, move it to the pit or lock/delete it.
-FOX- This is America. We have an increasing problem with illegal immigration. It has gotten to the point that we are being invaded. But this has been said time and time again by me and countless others. But there must be a time that you draw a line. I went to a few stores today, shopping for wheels with my brother for his Torino. And in one of the stores we went to they had poster advertisements on the wall. This was all fine and well until I noticed they were in SPANISH! WTF? But I shook it off and we went to the next store. There I heard an announcement come over the PA system, this too was in Spanish. I was a little annoyed at this point but off to the next shop we went. Here I witnessed a salesmen about to pull his hair out because a Spanish woman hold I small child and had 3 children running around her legs kept repeating "No hablo English, no hablo English." I just shook my head and felt sorry for the man. Finally we arrived back at home away from the idiots and annoyances, or so I thought. As I flipped on the TV I heard a commercial and guess what. It was all in Spanish too. WTF? If they can't understand English, why are they watching English TV? Turn off the TV and head for the computer. Surely there is something on ARFCOM to calm my nerves. I always have the radio on to add some background noise. I do not like complete silence. But just as I signed online another add came blaring over the radio, and English rock station playing a Spanish commercial. WHEN WILL THE MADNESS END? Can I not go through my day not having to listen to their crap? It should be a very simple rule. Speak English or get out.  (This could also be applied to all the "gangstas" and "urbans".)Just my $.02 -FOX-

The problem with the "melting-pot" of America is that no one is melting any more. Liberalism has taught us the value of "mult-culturalism," which is basically telling people it's OK to segregate themselves. Past immigrants used to love America. They wanted to learn the language and culture and become a part of it. Sadly, this is not the case anymore (at least with illegal immigrants)

Holy shit...I 100% agree with you. It has gotten so bad here in AZ that I have made a decision that if I am at a store or restaurant and the person helping/serving me does not speak English well or at all for that matter I will simply ask to speak to someone who does. This may seem bad, or racist but that’s the way it is not. If you going to come to AMERICA learn to speak AMERICAN (English). I was in the store and a mexican family was there. All her kids spoke spanish and not one spoke English well, and they were at least 5 or 6 year old.

Earlier this year Comcast (a local cable company) started showing one of their commercials in spanish. I started screaming at the TV "Speak American!!!!" but no one heard me.
About one month later, I had my cable turned off. I would probably be a lot more stressed if I had to watch the idiots on TV. BTW, There's a street here in the Atlanta area that looks like a foreign country, and it's been like that for years. Almost all of the signs are in another language. That should be against the law. Ah, Buford Highway, north of 285.....I know it well as that is where the HRO is. A mix of Korean, Laotian, Mexican, Chinese, etc.....you name the country and there is a store or restaurant there. Also, I hate it when ATM machines and POS devices ask me if I want Spanish or English!

So for the last 20 to 30 years four states have been bitching and complaining about the 3000 illegal aliens that cross the border each and every night ... and the Senators and Congressmen from the other 46 haven't listened ... too late now. I've heard the number of illegals in the US is about 10 million and growing my thousands every night. Nothing to do now except learn the language and wait for the terrorist to deliver their next attacks which will be wide spread and really deadly.
