That video is part of an FBI police training film. Basically it was a break town in the transfer, I believe the guy was picked up by the CHP who failed to search him propely, was then turned over to local citiy PD who assumed he had been searched, and didn't search him, and then he was transfered into LA county sherrifs custidy, who also assumed he'd been searched, and didn't search him. I don't remember the exact chain of custidy, but you get the idea. ETA: the man was dead before the other guy walked into the room, there's no need to worry about him anymore. They were pissed because the fact he got a gun into a interegation room was going to start a major shitstorm. I'd be pissed too. |

I am just glad that he did use it on himself, and not any of the officers that were there. They are not allowed to carry in those interogation areas are they? That could have been way worse than it was. |

that would've been quite the hostage situation.... he knew he was fucked regardless, maybe he just did it at that time and place to piss everyone off.... they seemed more pissed then horrified..the guy looked pissed when he grabbed his belongings off of the desk. |
