They're going to let residents back in the drier areas of NO sometime next week.
Without guns is this a wise move?
I certainly wouldnt want be first in if I was unarmed but on the other hand do you want to be last in?

man, there are probably more cops and soldiers in nola than anywhere else on earth, i think they'll be relatively safe! there are probably just a few areas that are really inhabitable, though.

i heard the army corps of engineers say they're gonna have to tear down over 100,000 homes in some of these areas (low lying ghetto areas, businesses, etc) due to contamination from the shit water...
