Bit Comet 0.60 is the best Bit torrent client that I have ever used, if thats what you are asking.
As far as other P2P programs, I wouldnt know, I can get everything I want via torrent right now. |

UM kicks uber ass. I'm getting ready to watch War of the Worlds right now, and Sahara later today, Wedding crashers tonight, Madagascar for the kids....And a few others too.

I heard the Clique Mob recommends Azureus. Oh and so do I... Just make sure you port forward..

Bit Torrent
I use BitLord, I used to use Azureus, but like BitLord better. P2P I use Limewire, but I would not recommend P2P to anyone! Too many viruses! IRC The best way to receive files. I use mIRC, moddified with custom scripts. then of course there always newsgroups(USEnet) |

+1000 I use PeerGaurdian 2 (it blocks certain IP addresses that could get you into trouble) along with ANY Bittorent client. |
