I don't understand how this marriage was annulled. Generally an annullment requires some pretty stiff and certifiable stuff like incapacity to consent or something to be valid.
If folks just don't want to be married anymore, then they get a divorce, not an annullment. |

One grounds for annullment is fraud. If one of them is incapable of having children and there was the promise of kids they can get an annullment. Also, I believe if one party is gay then annullment is an option.

DING DING  "Fraud" as a ground for annulment en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annulment edit-Short term marriage with no children, both parties agree to the annullment so the Court probably did not care whether the fraud grounds were weak and let 'em have an annullment. I would suspect that she didn't really have grounds for an annullment. |

I always thought Chesney was gay, just by the way he interacted with Tim McGraw. I know they are friends and all, but I couldn't help feeling he was way too 'touchy feely' to be straight.(Straight men don't hug like that) I know McGraw is straight, but damn, the way Chesney looks at him I could swear 'he' wishes he was married to Tim instead Faith Hill.....
