Just wondering how the majority of everyone on here zeros in their Red Dot sight or scope zeroing in at 50yds, 100yds or 200yds with just regular plinking ammo?

Does anyone use the Improved Battlesight Zero for thier red dots or scopes?

Initially at 50yds, then fine tune at 200. Shoots within ~2.5" from muzzle to 250+yds. Same as the Santose IBZ.

What kind of red dot sight is it and what is it mounted on? Ive got a aimpoint on an M4 zeroed at 25m but sometimes for 200m. And what do you wanna shoot at?

So you are saying to sight it in at 200yds or use the IBZ and zero in at 50 and it should be good for 250?

Where is the Aimpoint mounted?

For a flat top, 50yd zero is the best.

Eotech 552 on flattop.  I've sighted it at 100 yds and have learned to compensate for 50/75 yd targets.

What the heck's an Improved Battlesight Zero?

I'm very happy to be learning something new about shooting here!

I use the same zero method. Using it on an MForgery and a 20" flattop. Works fine for me. Aimpoint Comp ML2.

50 yards for me.  When I add the BUIS I will set that zero for 150.

EO Tech at 50 yards, all shots in a 2 inch bullseye and will still hit a spackle bucket lid at 250 yards. Thats plenty good for me with a 14.5 M4 setup.
