The catch is that it's the Planet Hollywood located in Dubai, U.A.E. and it's good only for U.S. Navy personell.  I had dinner there lastnight with some of the guys in my unit and we were surprised that the waitor asked if we were US Navy and then told us about the discount.  He said it had something to do with the USO?

I just found a place around here that has a hell of a happy hour. Beers were a buck a piece, and my Beam and Coke was only $2.
