I took a stolen gift card report from a person the other day. It turns out the JC Penny gift card is given to her once a year with $400 on it from the Bureau of Indian Affairs for clothing because she is an Indian.
WTF?? No wonder our taxes are so high.  If they need clothes they should get the shit left over at the end of the season at Wal Mart for pennies on the dollar and give it to them. |

As the self proclaimed Chief Wagon Burner of ARF I can tell you that is some messed up stuff.
If you need cloths you need to work for them or go to the salvation Army. Then again JC is kinda Salvation Army stuff  Handouts of this kind drives me nuts
