It is a dupe, and I beleive this was staged, not htta it matters, Car thieves are like looters, shoot on sight, and don't stop shooting til they stop twitching!

Yep. This subject came up at work today, and I was the only one advocating that punishment -- seems that I am too extreme... What we really need to do is 'punish' them just enough to say that we did something, but not enough to deter them. That will fix it. |
