Today I scored a 143/80 with a 80 bpm pulse.  Prolly cause I had 3 shots of vodka last night and a few chews of copenhagen today.  I'm a little over weight but I meet military hieght and weight standards.

So, hows yours in comparison?  I want to get a feel for how normal or abnormal mine is.

I donated some blood yesterday - the nurse miss stuck my right arm - the better nurse got it right in the left. ( I thought that I was going to bail).

122/80 was the reading.

If your diastolic creeps close to 90, you've got to be seen, but yours is good.  Your systolic is high....keep an eye on it.

Mine is fine with meds....

I freaked out the nurses once.

I had a bad panic attack and went to the ER because my heart was pounding.

My blood pressure was 205/100+ (can't remember the second number)

I calmed down and 10 minutes later I was 130/80

Six months ago, 137/88.  When I had it taken before I gave blood last month, down to 114/78.

All because of a few changes in eating habits.  Not to mention the 30 lbs. that I've lost because of that change in eating habits.

That's good compared to mine. I went off my medication for a year and a half when I got RIF'd. I checked it  just out of curiousity... 180/111.

I just went back on the meds a week ago. When I went in to the Dr. it was only 154/82. Now I am on meds again hopefully it will get down lower.
