...........just use it to plunge to your desired depth then drill your smaller diameter hole in the middle to the depth you want..............or IM AKASL....he is a Master Tool Maker and can give you all the best infoQ!! |

Enco, MSC, J&L industries should all carry them. I have a Enco catalog here at home and it lists a 90 deg. countersink in high speed steel, carbide and carbide insert. Depending on quality and size it will run from about 5 bucks to 110.
Any machine shop supply company should carry one localy is you don't want to order one. |
