I think my taxes cover it.
So, about $700 per PERSON to subsidize looting idiots who live below sea level.

That's kinda the way I feel about it, especially so with the low-lifes who are committing the crimes getting relief money also. And with the way the law was written (Rush was talking about it today 9-8-05) there is more than ample room and opportunity for fraud.
