said something to the effect that "those New Orleans people were living miserably anyway so they should enjoy where they are now ..." ....

Now, I seem to remember Tereza Hienz Kerry making a statement similar to that during the tsunami diaster, but I have not heard that Laura Bush said anything like that.

The bitch that said this had a very hateful tone and also said Laura Bush should have her throat cut for it.

It was BARBARA Bush that said something to that effect.  And she was just repeating what the people told her while she was visiting with them in the Astrodome.
