Obviously it is fringing on our rights. I wonder if there will be some major lawsuits or will the fact that it was an Emergency of LIfe or Death squash all that?

They are busy sending out mass mailings to get more money from members. The NRA defends the rights of hunters and generally ignores the other gun owning, dues paying members.

This is bullshit. Every fucking Iraqi is allowed one weapon per household. Why the fuck is the National Guard and Active Duty Military all of a sudden concerned with disarming citizens in their AO. They have established that they can, will and are working in a nation where the citizens are armed. Why the fuck can't those in NO stay armed??

Sorry if I'm guarding my house and some NG patrol comes up to disarm me, they will get a verbal warning, a few warning shots and then I'll shoot to kill. If things are so bad that my home is all I have left and the government is shredding the constitution to make some liberal pussies that re not even in the same state feel safer then its time to go to the next life.
