Let's say W oversteps the inept Nagin and Blanco combo and sends ANG/Army troops who enter NO under the federal chain of command. They start the forceful evac of NO, dragging people out of their homes against their will at gunpoint. How do JJ/Sharpton/Oprah/Dean react? Clearly this would have been the ONLY thing the feds could have done to ensure the safety of the stragglers in NO. And this would have led to riots/lawsuits from NAACP, ACLU, etc.
