Official DoD terminology is "evacuees." Refugees imply they have A) crossed international boundaries, and B) are fleeing acts of war, violence or persecution, i.e., human on human causes of fleeing vs. natural causes. In the case of NO neither is true.

  sorry wont happen again. I had a few names but I dont feel right making fun of the unfortunate right now. Those who were displaced and had to go elswhere , they have my sympathy. As far as the scumbag looters who stayed behind and disrupted relief efforts? I have a whole long list of names I could use but one person summed it up pretty good ....... Democrats. |
