My brother in law died and left his wife a collection of about 50 or so AK, SKS type weapons. She is not sure if there are any class three in the collection. She needs to sell them to raise money. My brother in law collected these using a C&R license. I know the rules about class 3 if there are any they won't be for sale.

Can she sell these herself. If she sells them do we need to find his book and eliminate them from his book. Will she need to put any buyers ID info in the book.

Can anyone recommend a straight up guy in Colo. Sprgs. who would be willing to help her out?
