-1 Texas Toast directly on counter (and clean the side of your sink)
-1 Tater pot on stove has the handle pointing out (dangerous cooking method)
-1 Charcoal is NOT 'ashen' on all coals.  Could have used another 20 mins or so.
-1 No Placemat  (work clothes or not, it's a REQUIREMENT)
-1 No Napkin (again, a REQUIREMENT)
-1 No ice in the Kool-Aid (come on, your from Texas...)

However.......
EXTRA points for that monster TEXAS SIZED side of beef.

Overall - 8.00.  (Damn I'm hungry now...)

plus points for the beef.  steak is good no matter what.  if you don't have a napkin, you MUST have sleeve.   There's no way around this one. I'm sorry, civilization demands some sort of method to cleanes ones mouth and the napkin/sleeve is it.  Even Bubba uses a sleeve.
