Since I am so damn busy today I am putting off the eradication of all these users accounts. If I do so later today (if I get the chance) or when I return tomorrow will be based on how pissed off I still am.

The offending accounts were locked in a few cases by someone already, so I will be looking into the true identities of the accounts.

While I have no problem with speaking your mind in a civil manner, if it's done so to spark hate or racism, then you're gone.

McUZI was speaking his mind in his own right and stating his opinion on the matter. I myself find white trash like him to be stereotypical due to the small environment they have been a part of as well as their limited thinking. Having spent time in bad, middle, and nice black neighborhoods I have seen it all. It's the same with Whites, Native Americans, Asians, Mexicans, Cubans, etc. There's places I wouldn't step into where other Hispanics make me look back every 2 seconds. The problem isn't with a race, it's with individuals and to be honest with neighborhoods. Think about this, when you're in a nice high class suburbs do you care about who is walking the streets? What if it's a shitty neighborhood...

Discussion is one thing, antagonizing people is another. (White trash comment in this post included.)

Oh, and throwing up numbers is as ignorant as anything else. Numbers do not tell a story. In my life I have been involved in or around a number of violent acts. Funny thing is, they've all been white perps. From assault to attempted murder. (My friend lived after being shot 3 times by white kids out joyriding. He is a white officer and there were NO reasons for the crime... not to mention it was a pretty nice area.) So to me 100% of the crimes have been by whites... so WTF do your numbers have to do with that???

Perhaps a locked area where only the two of us can post... Keep in mind I am gone for the evening (shooting time!) and will be back on Saturday. While I see no reason for this, you seem to want to have this discussion out again and I have no problem being the one to "take you on." It also seems to me and please correct me if I'am wrong that these racist posts and anti cop posts are usually    written by the same people. Why are these people still on board?

I'm going to add my 2¢ here. I work in a federal prison. I walk among the scum of society that is the biggest reason most of you own weapons in the first place. To protect your family from them. And you want to know something. The majority of them are Caucasian male punks. There are also African American/Canadian punks, Asian punks,Vietnamese punks,Russian punks,etc,etc. The color of your skin doesn't make you good or bad. You make those decisions. I've had it with all the racist attitudes here. From now on any racist posts I see are going to get the member that posted it banned right then. Take that crap to McUzi's site. The no minds over there seem to love it.

Most of the threads I do not get a chance to read, but I would hope all these hate threads would be locked and the people posting them banned or at least warned very loudly.

I can't be at all places at all times. Just like the "Asian" thread which was locked, I saw it as a conversation which then had some VERY poor posts. I hadn't seen it until it was locked, so I stayed out of how it was handled.

A discussion is one thing, and we should be able to discuss just about anything here. I am very supportive of LEO and the shit they put up with. If I see a slanderous post or an angry one, you can bet I will either get involved or deal with it. (Whatever is proper in each situation.) Just like everything else, I have some good friends who are now LEOs and I have run into some serious A-Hole ones as well.

If it means more people regulating in here, then so be it, but I want things handled before they get out of hand, much like the guys have been doing a great job with so far! Pissing matches get worse, some topics get out of hand, and some jokes are just not funny. No matter what happens, as long as things are done as fairly as possible then I will be happy.

There is a lot of bashing going on and you up to a point have to ignore it or debate the statements made.

When I have seen posts regarding "leftist,asshole,all I care about is your money,turn in your gun,etc doctors" I have ignored them because....I DO NOT COUNT MYSELF AMONG THEM!.....so as far as I am concerned it does not apply to me.
I don't see why LEO's,lawyers,engineers,teachers,fast food employees,etc could not do the same.

Generalized derrogatory statements about race,gender,ethnic groups,etc are often looked at by mods with greater attention and arguably less flexibility.....to avoid division.However,we cannot just lock/delete everything that comments on how much more desirable Asian,hispanic,blonds,etc are to some members;or how a Mexican gang robbed someone!

You have to look at everything on an individual basis,and that is where some of us will disagree.

   I do ignore most trash subjects, I am talking about the obvious hate filled, dis-informative BS posts. I realize that we all will have topics on problems with or about different ethnic groups or cops or whatever. Thats not my point, I'am talking about the hatemongers that start posts only to spew their garbage over the board.

I think my own original thoughts on this are getting lost. I'am not for banning people for their opinions, even when I disagree with those opinions. I believe that we should have respect for EVERYONE and conduct ourselves with that respect. When we cross that line then we no longer have a place here. The staff and owners must make those calls.My original point was that race seems to be the only topic that the staff consistently sets a standard on while there are many other topics that are allowed to run wild, Cops,Women ect.

Perhaps I am not sensitive enough to female bashing to recognize the more subtle ones,or maybe I did not follow the threads closely enough to notice what was happening.
In either case I apologize and will try to be more attentive to these issues in the future.

hangfire, while your point may have some validity, what miss magnum does outside of this site is no concern of mine as long as it does not affect it. Don't look down on people and don't antagonize them. You're small pokes at McUzi to provoke him do not go undetected.

Many times issues which arise are because we don't catch them in time, or because we are human and we let things slide without thinking. Such is life, nobody is perfect.

I do not want the site-wide bannings or locking of topics which may be on the "edge." I want anything that is OVER the edge to be trashed. I don't care if it's racism, sexism, religious, or momma jokes. If it looks like it's degraded to an argument or downright offensive in nature, then it will be gone. If we don't catch it, then you let us know. Like I said, if we need more head count, then so be it, but I do not want the GD to turn into a urinal.

Discussions are good and healthy. We're not here to agree on things and we learn from those who have differing opinions. BUT to try to provoke others to anger or to post anger filled items will not be tolerated.
