It was a Dolphin type helo.  HH-65 I believe.

Not surprising the birds have been running non-stop since this started and the USCG doesn't have the inventory to rotate AC like the regular military does.  That said its a hard environment with wires everywhere, could have hit something.

It was a PUMA according to the local news. A USCG admiral confirmed IT WAS NOT a USCG helo. It was a private bird, and the USCG rescued it.
