Here's a quote from today's paper, the Austin Un-American Statesman...

"If the prosperity that some people are experiencing was shared throughout this country, we should have had a decline in poverty".

I normally don't get this riled up about things I read, but this one has me fuming.  I've worked hard for what I have due to choices I've made.  To imply that I must share the fruits of my hard work is crazy.  At this time, I don't have a job, yet I sure as hell don't expect ANYTHING from anybody.
