I finally got my american tomahawk company new model tac hawk today (it has about 4 different names) after waiting since march. This thing is great, its going to iraq with me next year.

Call me crazy, but I've got a couple of throwing axes in my gear. They are functional and tactical. I can hit a 10" circle at 30-40 feet..

it aint crazy, i carried a hibben throwing axe in my kit when i was there last year, when the chips are down an axe and a knife are alot better than a knife alone.
