Come on guys. You know why he's there. He's there to try to redirect all the flak away from the inner city, welfare dependent, drug-dealing/taking, raping thugs he represents toward Bush or someone else. He doesn't want the news stories to be focused on the looting, the violence and those doing it. Such a focus might make him irrelevent when people see the truth and show why these urban centers are a failure.
