Are they true and correct?  Who knows, but the source appears to be unbiased.  Maybe the difference with your assertion that unemployment is 9.5% is caused by inclusion of Metairie and Kenner; don't know, barely care.

By the way, 9.5% unemployment would look pretty good in most of rural Missouri.
