Some remain working but are working through absolutely every checkpoint to the T. Traffic was backed up on the Peace Bridge at one point to the 190. A representative from CBSA said that some workers at the Fort Erie crossing "exercised their right to refuse work." This is the third time that Canadian border agents have walked off the job

They said the off ramp from the I-190 has been closed. Video showed a complete stand still on the bridge

Probly pissed off cause they arent armed

Canada - where sedition is apparently a "right." Fuckwit socialists. Aren't these touque-wearing hoseheads sworn to protect the border of their country? They abandon their posts because the toilet paper in the guard shack shitter isn't soft enough for their pink chair-warmers?

Remember, unlike yours truely here, Canadian Customs are not government employees.  Canadian Customs are pretty much a private contracted company.  For example.. I work in Rochester and Buffalo.  We have a Ferry that transits between Rochester and Toronto.  The ferry company has to pay for the services of Canadian Customs... they get us for free.

That, and they're not armed... and they don't earn the same amount of money as Canadian Immigration Inspectors.  They've had a work slowdown off and on for over a year now.  Its kinda nice when their slowdown backs up the bridge so no traffic can go either way.  Gives you a nice break, especially when heavy border traffic can be a bitch.
