Yes it is....but it just went up .30 a gallon..........now about 2.80 a gallon for cheap stuff....where are you staying?

Was still pumping in the metro area. I've heard some outer areas are out.

I would guess you got good info… pipelines in TN were supposedly dry as of this afternoon. What the stations have on hand is it.
