What does the complete lower sell for? They do look cool. How do they hold up compared to a standard aluminum lower?

Had to ask since I saw the pic of the 9mm AR.  Did you use that one thingy...(9mm Mag converter)?  Let me rephrase question, what is different in the 9mm carbine (ie different buffer, mag catch?)?  Had to ask.....someone would have eventually....
