Mine would have to be "Durkee's Grill Creations, Kansas City Style - Spicy".
If you haven't tried it, you should.

What's yours?

I found a new dry rub, at Costco, of all places. It's in one of those large seasoning containers - Montreal Steak seasonings. Use it on a sirloin, OMFG!

Next time I'm going to try a splash of Jack Daniels or Makers Mark on it while grilling, see if it adds to the flavor.

Like Leelaw said - Montreal Steak Seasoning

By far the best steak seasoning ever and I have tried a lot.

A little salt is all a good piece of meat needs.

Quoted:
Pepper and garlic salt.

And a little butter just before you put it on the grill.

If it needs more than that, it's a bad piece of meat.

Edited to add:  I can live without the pepper and the butter, if necessary.

Nothing! Cook it extra well, so I get some blackened edges, and that's all I need.

I take it a step further and keep it going until some small diamonds form along the outside.

"This steal is wonderful, tastes like .5 carat!"

Salt and Pepper on real meat.  For cheap or junk meat, I just picked up some Cavendar's Greek Seasoning on a friend's recommendation.  Have to say, it's pretty tasty, loaded with evil MSG though.

Just salt and a pat of butter on the top side as it goes in to the heat or just the butter if it's not unsalted.

Cheap steak can be anything from soy sauce, hot sauce, cheap whiskey, italian dressing...... or take a coupe of pieces of bacon and whack them into the steak with your meat tenderizing hammer.

Cavender's Greek Seasoning.  I learned about it a a burger joint that I worked at during high school.  We sprinkled the burgers w/ half salt / half Cavender's and they were very tasty.

It seems to bring out the flavor of any kind of beef.
